At this time we do not accept order cancelations, refunds, returns or exchanges. We do not offer price adjustments.
We are not responsible for last, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange pick up or delivery. If package is stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.
We currently ship within the United States with USPS. First Class USPS 3-5 business days may at times take longer for delivery.
2 Business Day Priority USPS packages require 12-24 hours to package. Please note USPS does not guarantee 2 business day. We are not responsible for 2 business day priority packages that do not arrive in 2 business days.
All orders placed after 7am EST, ship next business day unless otherwise noted. As soon as the order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Please note all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.
After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if package can not be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure USPS will not make another attempt for delivery.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by customer. If address entered is incorrect and package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USPS office to locate or visit www.usps.com We will not re-ship an order due to incorrect address entered by customer.

All auto charged orders with Rosebud CBD Subscription service ship within 2 business days USPS First Class 3-5 business day service.
Any changes to subscriptions must be made prior to shipping day.

The Rosebud Rewards program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.
Rosebud Rewards is one way in which Rosebud endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business, and purchasing Rosebud™ products. Members of Rosebud Rewards are able to earn and accumulate “points” that can be redeemed for Rosebud Rewards benefits, also known as “Rewards,” on Rosebud online store www.rosebudcbd.com. Rewards are not valid at any Rosebud retailers, events, or partners.
Joining Rosebud Rewards
Customers can enroll in Rosebud Rewards by creating an account on www.rosebudcbd.com. Customers will immediately begin to earn points for purchases, referring friends, and a special gift on their birthday.
The registration process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards), physical address, telephone number, and card security code (CSC), birthday, name, and marketing preferences. You may only have one (1) account that is personal to you.
The benefits that are available to you through Rosebud Rewards are based on the number of “Points” that you earn. You can earn Points by making purchases on www.rosebudcbd.com, referring a friend with a successful checkout, and celebrating your birthday with us.
You will earn Points based on the value of your purchase at the rate of 1 Points for each One Dollar ($1.00) you spend at www.rosebudcbd.com. Some exclusions apply. For example, you cannot earn Points on taxes, tips, donations, and fees, including without limitation, shipping and handling fees, gift wrapping fees, delivery fees, and bag fees, may also be excluded and ineligible for Point accrual. Points may be earned and awarded in fractional amounts depending on the value of your purchase. Rosebud Rewards is only available to U.S. residents. Generally, Points for qualifying purchases on www.rosebudcbd.com are automatically added to your account. From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you special promotions that offer you “Promotional Points.” Promotional Points, such as “bonus” Points, will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in the promotional offer.
If you void, cancel or make changes on a purchase made, Rosebud will deduct the Points that you were awarded for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative Point balance on your account.
Points on purchases
Earn 1 point for every U.S. dollar spent on www.rosebudcbd.com.
Give a friend $5 off their Rosebud purchase and you’ll earn 500 points ($5.00). Referral must successfully checkout and cannot exchange or return their purchase. Once the referral purchase has been completed, points for $5 off will be added to the member’s account.
There are no membership fees associated with Rosebud Rewards. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
Your Points, Rewards, and your account under Rosebud Rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Rosebud Rewards account that is personal to you.
Without notice to you, Rosebud also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the Rosebud Rewards program any account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Points earned. In the event that your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
Rosebud reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Rosebud Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
