Shipping

We are not responsible for last, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If USPS is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange pick up or delivery. If package is stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Currently within the United States.

What are the shipping options?

First class USPS 3-5 business days in the United States. 

2 Business Day Priority USPS packages require 12-24 hours to package. Please note USPS does not guarantee 2 business day. We are not responsible for 2 business day priority packages that do not arrive in 2 business days.

1 Business Day Priority Express USPS packages require 12-24 hours to package. Please note USPS does not guarantee 1 business day. We are not responsible for 1 business day priority packages that do not arrive in 2 days.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed after 7am EST, ship next business day. As soon as the order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Please note all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We ship all orders via USPS.

I am having problems with tracking my order.

Email us at info@rosebudcbd.com, including your order number and tracking number if possible.

After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if package can not be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure USPS will not make another attempt for delivery.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hello@rosebudcbd.com as soon as possible.

Due to our fast turn around time, incorrect address information needs to be submitted within 10 minutes of placing the order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by customer. If address entered is incorrect and package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local USPS office to locate or visit www.usps.com We will not re-ship an order due to incorrect address entered by customer.

What if my order is marked delivered but is no where to be found?

If your order has been marked as DELIVERED by USPS and is no where to be found, please email hello@rosebudcbd.com as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, refunds or cancelations on orders at this time, however if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us below immediately at hello@rosebudcbd.com.

Rosebud Rewards

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ROSEBUD REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE ROSEBUD REWARDS PROGRAM.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Rosebud Rewards program (“Rosebud Rewards") which is operated by Rosenbaum Consulting, or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, “Rosebud") in Weehawken, NJ, the fifty (50) United States of America, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Rosebud for other products and service. Rosebud reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Rosebud rewards program (herein referred to as Rosebud Rewards) and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Rosebud Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.rosebudcbd.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in Rosebud Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies and FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Rosebud Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in Rosebud Rewards.

The Rosebud Rewards program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.

Rosebud Rewards is one way in which Rosebud endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business, and purchasing Rosebud products. Members of Rosebud Rewards are able to earn and accumulate “points" that can be redeemed for Rosebud Rewards benefits, also known as “Rewards," on Rosebud online store www.rosebudcbd.com. Rewards are not valid at any Rosebud retailers, events, or partners.

Joining Rosebud Rewards

Customers can enroll in Rosebud Rewards by creating an account on www.rosebudcbd.com. Customers will immediately begin to earn points for purchases, referring friends, and a special gift on their birthday.

The registration process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards), physical address, telephone number, and card security code (CSC), birthday, name, and marketing preferences. You may only have one (1) account that is personal to you.

Earning Rewards

The benefits that are available to you through Rosebud Rewards are based on the number of “Points" that you earn. You can earn Points by making purchases on www.rosebudcbd.com, referring a friend with a successful checkout, and celebrating your birthday with us.

You will earn Points based on the value of your purchase at the rate of 1 Points for each One Dollar ($1.00) you spend at www.rosebudcbd.com. Some exclusions apply. For example, you cannot earn Points on taxes, tips, donations, and fees, including without limitation, shipping and handling fees, gift wrapping fees, delivery fees, and bag fees, may also be excluded and ineligible for Point accrual. Points may be earned and awarded in fractional amounts depending on the value of your purchase. Rosebud Rewards is only available to U.S. residents. Generally, Points for qualifying purchases on www.rosebudcbd.com are automatically added to your account. From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you special promotions that offer you “Promotional Points." Promotional Points, such as “bonus" Points, will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in the promotional offer.

If you void, cancel or make changes on a purchase made, Rosebud will deduct the Points that you were awarded for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative Point balance on your account.

Rosebud Rewards

Points on purchases

Earn 1 point for every U.S. dollar spent on www.rosebudcbd.com.

Referral points

Give a friend $5 off their Rosebud purchase and you’ll earn 500 points ($5.00). Referral must successfully checkout and cannot exchange or return their purchase. Once the referral purchase has been completed, points for $5 off will be added to the member’s account.

Miscellaneous

There are no membership fees associated with Rosebud Rewards. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.

Your Points, Rewards, and your account under Rosebud Rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Rosebud Rewards account that is personal to you.

Without notice to you, Rosebud reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Rosebud Rewards if Rosebud determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Rosebud may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in Rosebud Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.

Without notice to you, Rosebud also reserves the right to “unregister" and make ineligible for the Rosebud Rewards program any account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Points earned. In the event that your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.

Rosebud reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Rosebud Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
