7 Tips For Reducing Travel Stress

Wear strategic layers while you travel

But being prepared with extra clothes doesn’t mean you need to stuff more into your suitcase. 

Wear your extra layers while you travel. This also helps ease the stress of unpredictable airplane temperatures if you’re flying. Plus, your layers can serve a multi-purpose – a soft shawl can double as a blanket, or a fluffy sweater works great as a pillow when bundled up into a ball. 

Bring along some sheet masks

Raise your hand if your skin has ever majorly freaked out while traveling. Put together a travel playlist

Take a barefoot walk in the grass
