Looking for a delicious, immersive CBD experience? You’re in luck! On August 22nd, Rosebud CBD is hosting a 5 course, CBD-infused Chef’s Table at Hoboken’s Hudson Table.
From 7-9:30 pm, Chef Angie Marin will be preparing and serving Rosebud CBD-infused dishes to guests, while Rosebud CBD founder, Alexis Rosenbaum, will be discussing the health benefits of CBD, taking questions, and chatting about different ways to incorporate the non-psychoactive cannabinoid into your lifestyle.
Chef Angie’s menu for the night includes a chorizo croquette with saffron aioli, snapper ceviche with coconut leche de tigre, heirloom carrots with pumpkin seed pipian and pickled carrot tops, Cachapa (sweet corn arepa) with goat cheese and wild mushrooms, and fermented black bean short ribs with plantain puree. The experience finishes off with enyucado (cassava cake) served with passion fruit and coconut whipped cream.
